Admission Process

AGE REQUIREMENTS – Our school year begins in July, and children should be around 2 years old by then to be eligible for enrollment. If your child has a birthday in August or September, we can still consider your application; however, they would begin school on their 2nd birthday. Each July, we welcome two incoming classes of all-new students:

• One group is approximately 2.0–2.25 years old. Class size is 16 students, with 2 teachers.

• The other is approximately 2.25–3 years old. Class size is 20-21 students, with 3 teachers.

We also have four older classes, and spaces sometimes open during the year. If your child will be around 4 years old by July, please reach out as we are often looking for students in this age range.

TOUR – We are offering in-person tours of our school at 10:00am from early September through early December. Tours fill quickly, so we encourage you to contact us early to check availability and reserve a spot:

PARENT & ME PROGRAM – Our weekly Parent & Me program is not a requirement for admission, but it is recommended and a wonderful way for our team to get to know your family and for you to experience our approach to early childhood education. APPLICATION FORM – After your tour, we will email you an application. Please return your completed application along with:

• A family photograph

• A $125 application fee

Applications are due by Friday, December 5, 2025. Late applications may be accepted, but priority is given to those received by the deadline.

ACCEPTANCE LETTERS – First-round acceptance emails will be sent on or before December 31, 2025. Families will then have a short period to accept or decline their space. As spots open, we immediately reach out to families on our wait list.

Families not admitted in the first round will be notified about their wait list status by January 23, 2026. We often see movement between January and March (and sometimes later), so we encourage families to remain on our wait list while we work to place them.

For children who will be older than 3 by July, notifications may take until February or March.
